MODULAR THERMAL MANAGEMENT

A closed thermal loop that captures heat at the rack, stores it in a buffer, and sends it either to reuse or to dry rejection, with a control layer deciding where each megawatt goes. Concept stage: the modules below are described and modeled, not built.
