OASIS / LEGAL — TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of the Oasis site and app, a concept-stage research project. Simulations are modeled estimates, not measurements or advice.
The Oasis website and app are provided by [Oasis operating entity — name, entity type and jurisdiction] (“Oasis”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using them you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Oasis is an experimental, concept-stage research project on cooling and heat recovery for AI data centers. It publishes a system design (Oasis System 001), research notes, a public thermal simulator, an activity log and factual information about the OASIS token on Solana.
No Oasis hardware is operating in any data center. Nothing on the site describes measured performance of a running facility.
Simulator results are modeled estimates from a simplified steady-state model, under the assumptions listed with every result. They are labeled SIMULATION and carry the version of the model that produced them. They are not engineering advice, a design basis, a performance guarantee or a forecast for any real site.
Do not rely on them for engineering, procurement, permitting, investment or any other decision. Real results depend on site conditions the model does not capture.
The OASIS token is one component of Oasis. The token page shows facts read from Solana (mint, supply, authorities, transfers) and third-party market data for information only. Oasis does not sell the token through the app, does not offer trading, and makes no promise about its value, liquidity or future use. Holding it gives no ownership, profit share or claim on Oasis or any infrastructure. [Token disclosures to be reviewed by counsel.]
Connecting a wallet is optional and read-only. You are responsible for your wallet and keys. We never ask you to sign a transaction or message, and anyone who does in our name is not us.
You represent that your use complies with the laws that apply to you and that you are not subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
Research notes reflect the authors’ understanding at the time of writing and may be revised or withdrawn. Figures in them are modeled unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You agree not to use the service unlawfully; not to attack, overload or interfere with it (including the simulator API); and not to present simulator output as measured data or as an endorsement by Oasis.
The Oasis name, brand, interface, research and content are owned by [Oasis operating entity — name, entity type and jurisdiction] or its licensors. You may share links to simulation results and quote research with attribution.
The service depends on third parties we do not control, including the Solana network, RPC providers, wallet software and market-data sources. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, data or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including as to the accuracy of simulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Oasis operating entity — name, entity type and jurisdiction] and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.
Nothing on the site is engineering, financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

We may update these terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
